Ecklin Development offers secure online payments for both new applicants and current tenants.
Use the form to submit your application fee.
Log in to TenantCloud to pay your monthly rent.
New Applicants: You may submit your application fee online through our site.
Current Tenants: You will be directed to TenantCloud to process your rent payment. Payments may be made as a one-time transaction or set up as recurring. If scheduling recurring rent payments, please do so between the 1st and 5th of each month to avoid late fees. Both credit card and ACH payment options are available. A standard processing fee of $0.30 plus 2.9% will apply to each rent transaction.
